We work with trusted third-party logistics providers such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, and other reputed courier partners to deliver your orders across India. The choice of shipping partner may vary based on your location, order size, or service availability.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, operational issues, or any circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

Loss, Theft, or Damage in Transit

Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for the condition and delivery of the package lies with the shipping agency and the customer. Any claims regarding loss, theft, or damage during transit must be raised directly with the courier partner.
In certain cases, Handle Sports may choose to intervene or assist at its discretion, but this shall not be construed as an acceptance of liability.

Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At present, we only ship within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
